Welcome to Voyell.com! If you’re looking to make the most of your experience, managing your subscription and premium features is simple and straightforward. This guide will walk you through the process so you can access all the benefits Voyell offers.
Accessing Your Account Settings
First, log in to your Voyell account using your registered email and password. Once logged in, click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the homepage. From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings.
Managing Your Subscription
In the Account Settings page, navigate to the Subscription tab. Here, you can view your current plan, billing cycle, and payment method. To upgrade or change your plan, click on Change Plan.
Upgrading Your Plan
Select the premium plan that suits your needs from the available options. Confirm your selection and enter your payment details if prompted. Your subscription will be updated immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription, go to the Subscription tab and click on Cancel Subscription. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Managing Premium Features
Premium features on Voyell include exclusive content, ad-free browsing, and downloadable resources. To enable or disable specific features, go to the Features section within your account settings.
Enabling Premium Features
Toggle the switches next to each feature to activate or deactivate them. Changes are saved automatically, and you’ll see the updated status immediately.
Billing and Payment History
To view your billing history, click on the Billing tab within your account settings. Here, you can see past invoices, payment dates, and amounts. For any billing issues, contact our support team through the Help section.
